The sea in Abruzzo is as important as the mountains. With its 130 km of coastline, the sea has always been a source of livelihood for fishing and tourism but it has also shaped the souls of those who live there. The area to the north is characterized by sandy beaches while to the south we find the famous Coast of Trabocchi, a wilder stretch of coast but of unique beauty.
